The successful applicant will have a total of 5-7 years’ work experience in designing, developing and managing marketing communication and branding strategies preferably in a consulting or professional services firm.

Key Functions will include:
  • Drive and expand marketing strategy for Réseau Helix, MicroSave and the knowledge portal
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) with cross promotion across MicroSave sister sites where appropriate.
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
  • Manage CRM activities and act as a super user.
  • Develop and expand community and/or influence outreach efforts.
  • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed across all social platforms: 
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
  • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing customer feedback and driving interaction on the various channels.
 
Qualities & Skills: This position requires an energetic, self-motivated person who has a strong demonstrable background in Knowledge Management, Marketing and Communications ideally in the context of Digital Financial Services.

Other relevant skills include:
  • Bilingual with French being a native language and good written and spoken English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good prioritization and problem solving skil
  • Motivated, self –directed and able to build a collaborative team with little supervision
  • Proficiency win marketing automation and blogging software
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools, HTM,CSS AND Java Script development
  • Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers a plus.
 
Education: Bachelor’s level degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, Masters in Business Administration degree and added advantage.
