3-4 years’ experience in supporting proposal development for consulting firms.


The Executive will work along with the Manager Business Development to develop new businesses; identify project and tender opportunities; provide support to technical teams in writing Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposals (RFP); engage with associates/consultants and partner firms on social media; manage documentation and upkeep of databases; prepare management reports; support in the preparation of brochures and other collaterals for proposals.


  • Master’s Degree in English, Business Management or Communications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 


  • 3-4 years’ experience in supporting proposal development for consulting firms/programme implementation/ liaising and managing communication with donors or grant funding agencies in reputed national or international non-profit organisations.

Skills and competencies:

  • Excellent comprehension/verbal and written communication and language skills in English with good editing and formatting skills

  • Reasonable understanding of technical terms of financial inclusion/livelihoods/MSME finance/water & sanitation/renewable energy finance etc.

  • Willingness to work in a highly demanding, and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently

  • Ability to work in a deadline- bound environment

  • Excellent skills in preparing high-quality reports and presentations within tight timelines

  • Ability to work with a global team

  • Strong attention to detail

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms

  • Creativity in leveraging social media to generate business.

  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format.
